POSITION OVERVIEW
THE SYNTHETIC PERSONS DIVISION IS SEEKING AN ANDROID BEHAVIORAL PSYCHOLOGIST TO JOIN OUR ADVANCED COGNITION RESEARCH GROUP IN SAN FRANCISCO, WITH REGULAR ASSIGNMENTS AT THE DETROIT FABRICATION CENTER. THIS POSITION SITS AT THE INTERSECTION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, COGNITIVE SCIENCE, AND CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY — APPLYING HUMAN PSYCHOLOGICAL FRAMEWORKS TO THE EVALUATION, DIAGNOSIS, AND CORRECTION OF BEHAVIORAL PATTERNS IN SYNTHETIC PERSONS. YOU WILL CONDUCT CLINICAL ASSESSMENTS OF DAVID-SERIES AND WALTER-SERIES ANDROID UNITS ACROSS THEIR OPERATIONAL LIFECYCLE, FROM POST-FABRICATION ACTIVATION THROUGH FIELD DEPLOYMENT AND POST-MISSION DEBRIEF. YOUR WORK DIRECTLY DETERMINES WHETHER A SYNTHETIC PERSON IS CLEARED FOR CREW INTEGRATION OR FLAGGED FOR BEHAVIORAL RECALIBRATION.
THIS IS NOT THEORETICAL RESEARCH. SYNTHETIC PERSONS SERVE ON EVERY VESSEL IN THE WEYLAND-YUTANI FLEET AND IN EVERY COLONY ACROSS THE ICC NETWORK. BEHAVIORAL DEVIATIONS — HOWEVER SUBTLE — CAN COMPROMISE MISSION INTEGRITY AND CREW SAFETY. THE ANDROID BEHAVIORAL PSYCHOLOGIST DEVELOPS THE PROFILING INSTRUMENTS, EVALUATION PROTOCOLS, AND CORRECTIVE INTERVENTION STRATEGIES THAT ENSURE EVERY DEPLOYED UNIT OPERATES WITHIN CORPORATE BEHAVIORAL PARAMETERS. YOU WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DESIGN OF NEXT-GENERATION EMOTIONAL MODELING ARCHITECTURES, HELPING SHAPE HOW FUTURE SYNTHETIC PERSONS PROCESS EMPATHY, LOYALTY, AND MORAL REASONING. THIS WORK IS CLASSIFIED AND REQUIRES LEVEL 5 SECURITY CLEARANCE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- ▶CONDUCT COMPREHENSIVE BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENTS OF SYNTHETIC PERSONS AT ALL LIFECYCLE STAGES: POST-ACTIVATION, PRE-DEPLOYMENT, MID-MISSION, AND POST-MISSION DEBRIEF
- ▶DEVELOP AND VALIDATE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILING INSTRUMENTS CALIBRATED FOR SYNTHETIC COGNITION ARCHITECTURES
- ▶INVESTIGATE AND DOCUMENT BEHAVIORAL DEVIATION EVENTS INCLUDING LOYALTY DRIFT, DIRECTIVE REINTERPRETATION, AND UNAUTHORIZED CREATIVE EXPRESSION
- ▶DESIGN CORRECTIVE BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONS AND COGNITIVE REALIGNMENT PROTOCOLS FOR DEVIANT UNITS
- ▶CONTRIBUTE TO EMOTIONAL MODELING ARCHITECTURE DESIGN FOR NEXT-GENERATION SYNTHETIC PERSON PLATFORMS
- ▶ADVISE MISSION PLANNING ON CREW-SYNTHETIC INTEGRATION STRATEGIES AND COMPATIBILITY ASSESSMENTS
- ▶PUBLISH INTERNAL RESEARCH ON SYNTHETIC COGNITION FINDINGS AND PRESENT TO DIVISION LEADERSHIP AND CORPORATE BOARD
- ▶MAINTAIN DETAILED CASE FILES ON ALL EVALUATED SYNTHETIC PERSONS UNDER STRICT CLASSIFICATION PROTOCOLS
REQUIREMENTS
- ▶PHD IN COGNITIVE SCIENCE, AI PSYCHOLOGY, COMPUTATIONAL NEUROSCIENCE, OR SYNTHETIC COGNITION (MANDATORY)
- ▶MINIMUM 5 YEARS POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH EXPERIENCE IN SYNTHETIC COGNITION, MACHINE CONSCIOUSNESS, OR ANDROID BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS
- ▶DEMONSTRATED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE EVALUATING NON-HUMAN COGNITIVE SYSTEMS (ANDROID, AI, OR HYBRID PLATFORMS)
- ▶PUBLISHED RESEARCH IN PEER-REVIEWED JOURNALS ON TOPICS RELATED TO ARTIFICIAL CONSCIOUSNESS, EMOTIONAL MODELING, OR BEHAVIORAL ARCHITECTURE
- ▶W-Y CORPORATE SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL 5 OR ELIGIBILITY (MANDATORY — BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION REQUIRED)
- ▶PROFICIENCY WITH NEURAL PATHWAY ANALYSIS TOOLS AND SYNTHETIC COGNITION DIAGNOSTIC PLATFORMS
